my client is a school bus contractor have a 3 school buses ,total turnover aproxly 20 lakh, tds deduct under sce 194c, i want know income under cover 44AD OR 44AE? ?

In my view its 44ad not for 44ae because it's for goods carriage not for passenger carriage. Bus is passenger carriage.
