School bus contractor cover under 44ad or AE? ?

my client is a school bus contractor have a 3 school buses ,total turnover aproxly 20 lakh, tds deduct under sce 194c, i want know income under cover 44AD OR 44AE? ?
& which business is code
applicabe ??

In my view its 44ad not for 44ae because it's for goods carriage not for passenger carriage. Bus is passenger carriage.

yes it is 44ada service but not goods carriage
44ae is for goods transport vehicles like lorry ...
