i hav been considered for a scholarship on the basis of the merit of class 12. it was asked submit a letter wid documents n income affidavit within 7 days to west bengal council. This 7 days time has expired n i hv not submitted it yet bcoz of d lawyer. so wat is suggested?? the letter ll b accepted???

Shud i go personally to d office, or just give a covering letter for d same coz the reason for delay is very much genuine.
