i hav been considered for a scholarship on the basis of the merit of class 12. it was asked submit a letter wid documents n income affidavit within 7 days to west bengal council. This 7 days time has expired n i hv not submitted it yet bcoz of d lawyer.
so wat is suggested?? the letter ll b accepted???

Dear shubhangi if your reasons are genuine and true then they will definitely put some relaxation on your case. Hope for best and contact them as soon as possible. Best of luck to you.
Shud i go personally to d office, or just give a covering letter for d same coz the reason for delay is very much genuine.
