Dear Members,
I need a Scheme of Reduction of Share Capital, where The face value of share of the company is Rs. 10/- & out of Rs.10/- company wants to return Rs 9/- as a redeemable bonds or any other instruments which can be paid over a specifed period by company & only Rs 1/- share will be remain as a face value of share.
Please forward me any scheme related to the my query as early as possible.

Hi in your case petition with high court is requiered. High court lawyer will provide you the scheme as per the format of companies court rules.

Reduction in share capital required approval of High Court. Check whether any petition with HIgh COurt is file or not. Read section 100 to 105
