I received income from All India Radio & TDS u/s 194J is deducted on it. In which head such income is to be shown.

Your TDS Has been has been deducted as U/s 194 J i.e Professional services so you may take income as Professional Income or income from other Source.
no matter if tds deducted under 194 J you can show them under other sources unless your profession is doing programmes on media often
