We failed to file CHG 4 NOT FILED ON TIME i.e. within 30 DAYS
Now i have filed CHG 8 with Board Resolution and Bank letter for condonation for delay beyond 30 days..
They accepted and called for hearing on 25th April, 2018 and asked to submit 2 days prior-
Affidavit verifying application
Any other connceted document
Memorandum of Appearance
My question i have to submit petition ?
Or Simply i take printout of CHG 8 along with Affidavit verififying petitin and Memorandum of Association and file the same before the date of hearing?

Following documents needs to be submitted to RD office along with the following attachments
1. Printed copy of Form CHG 8
2. Affidavit in name of Director
3. Petition as per standard Format
4. Board Resolution authorizing Director and practising Company Secretary to represent before government authorities
5. Memorandum of appearance by Practising Company Secretary
6. Memorandam and Articles of the Company
