In a public ltd company,,Acc to Index of Charges on MCA Portal, there are two charge IDs on name of the same chargeholder with three modification IDs. Now there has been OTS with the bankers. How to identify charge creation Id??? How to file Form 17???

Hi,

You can do view public documents of the company on MCA website.

There you have to check form 8 for modification of charge. In that form itself, original charge id of the form which is being modified is mentioned.

Accordingly with the help of checking form 8 for modification and creation you can find out which charge id pertains to the loan which has been satisfied.
