You can do view public documents of the company on MCA website. 

There you have to check form 8 for modification of charge. In that form itself, original charge id of the form which is being modified is mentioned. 

Accordingly with the help of checking form 8 for modification and creation you can find out which charge id pertains to the loan which has been satisfied.

Actually its OTS, so acounts have been settled in full satisfaction of claim. 

Still in case of OTS you must be knowing amount secured by charge which is mentioned in form 8 at d time of creation of charge.
