Can we claim SAT Input Credit in case of Cement Purchase(SAT Rate is @ 3%) alongwith VAT Input Credit. If Yes, Please mention the section or link for the confirmation.if no, so how will we deal with SAT Credit.

Special Additional Tax is a duty which imposed by State govt by its own will to generate some extra revunue on to some specific comodities. like cement, watches etc.
