SAP FICO FUNCTIONAL LEAD REQUIRED

We have a urgent opening for SAP FICO Functional Lead with three of our major clients A US BASED IT MNC (CMM i LEVEL 5 COMPANY ) in Chennai.

Role                      :  SAP – FICO Functional Lead.

Brief Job Outline:

Will lead a team of SAP FICO Functional consultants in SAP implementation and support projects.

The consultant will have the following skill sets:

1. Should have good domain experience and extensive SAP FI/CO implementation & support experience.
2. Global implementation experience particularly within a SAP COE will be a distinct advantage
3. Should be experience in leading of team of FI/CO consultants and monitoring the activities through on-shore and off-shore model.
4. Should possess good experience in effort estimation, documentation process, monitoring the developments and providing high quality solution. 
5. Experience in SAP - best practices, methodologies, framework and configuration templates & prototypes to improve delivery capability in Estimation, Implementation, and Support process.
6. Should be well versed in various phases of SAP Project implementation and support and vast knowledge of the Data migration process.

Skills Required

Primary Skills

• At least  5 lifecycle Implementation experience in SAP FI/CO modules (FI – (GL/AR/AP), COPA – (CCA/Profitability analysis/PCA/
• Should have lead team of SAP functional consultants in implementation and support projects
• Should have experience in interfacing with client core team in interacting, understanding and delivering solutions, Provide periodic status update to the sr. Management and client
• Should have experience in SAP implementation methodology -   preparation, Business Blue print, Realization, Final preparation, Go-live and post go-live support
•  
• Experience in understanding the Client’s requirement and carryout application assessment activities
• Should have extensive experience in configuring FI/CO modules for financial organization
• Experience in developing templates for the various Business scenarios

Domain preference            Experience in Insurance / Investment domain

Qualification                        CA/ICWA               

Experience (in years)       

                                Mandatory :-12+  years of which 6+ years in SAP implementation experience in consultant’s role with 4 years as team lead

                                Desirable   :- 3 years as overall FI/CO delivery manager with experience in CoE process
