hello
I have bought a property which is under construction. loan has sanctioned from bank Rs. 21,49,000, but disburse to builder 11,50,000 .
My question is this which amount we will show in balance sheet in liability (Loan &Advances). sanctioned or disbursed amount. property has been registered with amount of Rs. 29,35,500.
