YES U HAVE TO PAY WITHIN 180 DAYS AND THE SUPPLIER ALSO FILED HIS RETURN FOR THAT PERIOD

Also You can Adjust your Sales Value to Your Purchase Values...
After any Balance like Credit / Debit then You will Pay / Receive as per the above said Periods...
