SAME NAME FIRM AT SAME ADDRESS

1. Can two individuals having two GST registered proprietorship firm with exact same name and at exact same address is allowed or not? If not under which sec?

2. Both individuals have consent to use same name and there is no trademark or if applied will have consent to use same name for both.

3. What other issues of having exacf same name at exact same location under Income Tax or GST or any other issue?
