Hello, I am currently freelancing with a GST number. I'm planning to start a One Person Company (OPC) Pvt Ltd. Can I use the same GSTIN for both businesses?

No, you cannot use the same GSTIN for both your freelancing business and a One Person Company (OPC) Pvt Ltd. Each business entity should have its unique GSTIN to comply with tax regulations.
