MARCH  2020  SALES IS-   150000+13500+13500 ( SGST 9+CGST 9%)

AND SALES RETURN  IN MARCH   IS  320000+28800+28800

SO

3B SHOWING NEGATIVE BALANCE

AS      OUTWARD SUPPLY    (-170000) + (-15300)+  (-15300)

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a common GST issue where sales returns in March 2020 significantly exceed sales, resulting in a negative outward supply figure. The GSTR-3B portal does not accept negative entries, so the advice is to carry forward the balance amount to the next month's filing. It's also important to report sales returns correctly in GSTR-1.

As per the instructions annexed to the form GSTR-3B, since their cannot be negative figures, the balance amount after the current month adjustment, need to be carried forward to next month. For gst related updates and amendments follow @ gstgist on Instagram.
The portal do not accept Negative figures in GSTR 3B , so balance need to be adjusted in your next month's GSTr 3B .

Note : Need to report CNT for sale return in GSTR 1.
You may file GSTR3B with admissible turnover in excess of claim will be adjusted in near future
