From FY 2017 -18 to 2019 -20 there was 4 sales invoices not posting to gstr1 . Party did't get ITC. Now party unable to pay my dues of 4 bills. I paid tax of four bills. what can I do?

Sales invoices not entry in GSTR 1.

Record the sales in current year books of accounts and report in GSTR 1. However the party will not be able to claim ITC because it has become time barred for him.
