My total sales of June is not match with tally total sales of June because calculation error difference is around 500 & i already filed gstr1. How can I solve when it when I filling gstr3b of June ?

File GSTR-3B correctly.
Amend GSTR-1 in the next month
Also mind that GSTR-3B gets auto populated from GSTR-1. When you amend GSTR-1 next month dont take that effect in GSTR-3B of next month since you would have already done that in this month.
