Sales Figures is Less enter In the month of March 2020 in 3B, Can i adjust in Next F.Y in the month of June 20 ?

The GSTR3B cannot be amended. This can be corrected by filing GSTR1 &GSTR2 for the same month by correct figures. Then GSTR3B will be corrected automatically. The GSTR 3 B is a consolidated statement of GSTR1and 2.
You may file gstr1 with correct details and then pay tax for the defence amount with interest
