sales amount shown to income tax in itr

sir sales amount
a) only taxable amount
b) total value ( taxable + tax)


I have doubt because in profit and loss account sales includes only taxable value ( in tally)

but according to 26AS receipt includes tax value.

if we don't take according to 26as demand notice will rise for difference in 26as.

which amount we consider in income tax ?
