We started manufacturing of mouth freshener which includes Dry Dates, Sugar Coated Fennel, Silver coated sugar balls, Sugar Candy(Mishri), Cardamom, Contains colors and flavor.
Please tell me the sale tax slab on packed mouth freshener.

1) Sales Tax is payable @ 12.5%. [ Refer the decision given in the case of Swastik Trading Company ].
2) Also you are liable to pay Excise Duty on the manufacturing of the Mouth Freshner.
