Sale of strikeoff company's property

Dear All,

Good Evening!

      Our private limited company is non-operative due to heavy loss. We are not file returns from 2008 and company got strikeoff status. Now we want to sale the land property  of our private limited company. Which is not have any hypothecation with RoC. Kindly guide me, What to do?
