A piece of land owned by my grand father was given in the name of my father and his brother after the death of my grandfather. The land is registered in my father's name. I want to know if there is any way to get a stay on that land or any legal way to stop my father from selling that land.
I don't think so...
The land is in his name, now its on him, whether he wants to sell or not...
Atleast, in my knowledge, there is NO LEGAL process to stop
