Our Company wants to sell car purchased in the name of the Company to another pvt ltd company.What are the provisions applicable as per companies act 2013.
We have passed a simple board resolution.Is it sufficient??

Required to pass Ordinary Resolution in Board Meeting
Resolution is required to be passed for sale car but no need to file with ROC.
