Can I sell my 30 lac property to my Wife at 2 lac rupees,through sale deed .??
If so the rent coming from the property will income taxed in my wifes hand or mine ??

You cannot. Even if you gift the property in favor of your wife, income arising from the house (rent) will be taxable in your hands as per clubbing provision.
