Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a business selling electronic items via courier can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on the courier services used for both purchase and sale. The consensus is that ITC is claimable if the courier agency's invoice is issued to you, your GSTIN is mentioned, and the place of supply is within your state, subject to Section 16 of the GST Act.

If your Gstin is mentioned and place of supply is in your state then you can avail itc

If the courier agency bills you his invoice then you can take itc subject to section 16
