My client raised cement sales invoice to Karnataka... delivery is it seems to their branch in local ( Tamil Nadu )...pls clarify is this a legal movement.
Noted with thanks..but is this transaction legal.. Can we delivery the goods to the local branch within the state and can we invoice under IGST to their head office in interstate...
