sir,
opposite party tell us that sale bill of sep 18 is cancelled in Dec 18 but we have been paid gst for the same

there is any solutions..

If Invoices are filed on GSTR 1 return then no way for Cancel. Only way through Credit Note...

Better to consider the details.
