We are registred dealer in up vat & sold goods against form H to our customer in maharashtra.
my question is in which catagory of form 24 in up vat the amount of sale will be booked, for example interstate sale without form c, sale in course of out of india, consignment sale / stock transfer , any other sale?
It is deemed export or it is sale to local party for export purpose.
