Is that right?
What will we do the tax deduction on the March salary.?

Hi,
Ideally TDS on salary should be on the basis of payment only. But in general, Most of the organisation deduct TDS on 31st march only and paid in Q4. So it is advisable to file in March only.
It is depend upon the practice you follow.
