Hi
I am a CA & was working with a CA firm & my name is registered in ICAI as in employment with that CA firm.
I left that CA firm after duly serving a notice period of 16 Days.
I dont have any agreement with that CA Firm.
Now that CA Firm is not giving me my salary for the month of dec-11.
What should i do?
Also suggest me How ICAI can help me for that?

if u have received offer letter in that period of notice for leaving firm mit have given if u have folloed that rules n if u have left office on 17th days of giving notice than u can claim for salary.
