here monthly tax is computed by dividing total tax liab. by 12...how to apply the avge rate of tax and arrive @ that figure.?? also pls tell on which amount the avge. rate is applied, i mean on 70000 or net amt of 67750.??

Fill in data, divide final tax amount by no. of moth remaining in a year to arrive avg tax amount.
