Dear Friends,

My brother is getting salary income below five lakhs . Other  than that what he is getting is very few interest on savings bank account ( less than 2000 for the whole year) . But he has not furnished the savings bank interest details to the employer.

Is he required to file return of income for the curent year ? Kindly explain.

Thanks in advance

Yes, he has to furnish return because ur brother has not reported interest income to his employer and accordingly has not paid tax on the intt. Income.

yes surely he will be required to furnish the return

Dear Friends,

my uncle getting salary less than 150000 lakhs and also getting Commission on sales Rs. 200000 . which ITR Form will be File.

My experience is that the Department staff would not accept the return if you wish to file physically. You can file online.

Dear Friend,

IF COMMISSION INCOME IS PART OF THE SALARY INCOME ITR 1 IS TO BE FILED OTHER WISE ITR4 WILL BE FILED.
