if i hve salarised income Medical reimbursmnt exempt up to 15000/-From salary if i submit orginal bill amount atleast Rs 15000/- i had paid mediclaim ins premia every year us 80 D. to ins co .now this yr i claim medi.exp to insu co .also & submit all org bill to ins co my Que is can i get mediclaim reimbursemnnt exemption as i have no orig.bill for submission to employer (all submit to ins co)? its practically difficult to mange it

From what I understood from your question, I think u cannot claim double deduction for the same expenditure. When you get reimbursement from insurance company u dont show that as income right? If so, the same expense cannot be deducted again. Hope I have answered to the point.

i had submit all orig bill of medicines to ins co.. i want to claim medi.rembursemnt up to 15000/- as exemption from salary can zerox copy of bill is accptable by employr for exemption of.medi.reimbursmnt?
