If you ask qualification is only useful for getting in to a job. Salary will be based on your performance at the interview and at work.
On an average you can expect around 20,000 + salary figures

Rs.20-25K but depends on company and city he may even be working for 15K or even 35K also ,

Salary is no bar in the field where knowledge is considered. I have a friend who has cleared pcc and completed articleship is doing job in Bangluru based firm @ Rs. 35000 pm. There is also a newly qualified CA friend who is getting Rs. 3.5 lacs package per annumn.( less than the former not qualified friend).
You can understand that your command over work and level of knowledge decide your pay scale, not mere qualification.
As your experience and qualification is good, you will definitely get 20,000 + salary.
