Hi,
I worked in singapore this year from 01-Jan-11 to 10-Sep-11. I came back to india on 11-Sep. The company i worked for is Singaporean company.
My question is:
1) Will the salary earned by me in Singapore be taxed in India. I am asking this in context of the salary i earned is for services rendered outside of india as the organization is from Singapore.
2) Will the salary earned by me in Singapore be taxed in India. I am asking this in context of my stay as i will be staying more than 182 days in India as per Indian Fiscal year, though i stayed more than 182 days in singapore as per singapore's fixcal year.
Please help me in regard to this.
