minimum wages is depends upon state of employment, category of labour and type of industry, therefore please check the file "State wise Minimum Wages.xls" uploaded by me on the portal. (Lowest is not 3600 actually)
You can always show this salary in your P&L the only concern is that it will be covered under PF & ESIC Act and will be subjected to respective contributions.
