pls clerify if our co paying 4 -5 lac sal & wages to worker aprox 200 workers without any esi pf deduction. can we consider salary to show in our books in salary account.

Showing them as salary will make it mandatory to deduct ESI and PF.
So you can show it as daily wages only.
