Salaried or non salaried

What ever there is no legal definition of it in accounts and tax apart from a small note called ownership interest. However economics describes it broadly as owners. I have imagine owner is a consumer as well. So this makes a director equal treatment an employee. Founder as stake holder if he just draws profits and doesn’t participate. Silly, I have to do everything by myself
