Is it responsibility of eway bill generator to gurantee the delivery of goods up to buyers premises...? Or his responsibility ceases once the goods leaves his premises..?
Nothing to be done with E-way bill. "gurantee the delivery of goods up to buyers premises..." It depends upon your business dealing. If you are willing to the delivery of goods to customer as service part then go head otherwise if customer take the delivery himself no problem.
While the movement of goods above 50k, sales invoice and eway bill is mandatory.
