When 1 house is vacant it is DLOP so you have disclose income if you wish to.
Once you declare income as per municipal rates or as specified in Act you have to show that always.
Sachin showed less amount but then officer did not accept it and then he fought due to which a less amount was sorted out
You mean to say second Vacant House - one has to pay tax???
