It is showing in ITR 5 excel utility, sheet "TR_FA" after successful validation and going on with next button- Run-Time error '9': Subscriptt out of range.

ITR 5 jason utility is not totally bug-free; updated version is awaited. (The earlier version dated 17/05/2021 is outdated).
I got the same error when I was uploading file using chrome. The issue was sorted when I used Firefox
