FOREIGN REMITTANCE FOR FEES FOR EXAMINATION OF "THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS", LONDON
1. For certain foreign remittances Forms 15CB & 15CA have to be submitted to the Bank making the remittance.
2. Is this applicable for the FOREIGN REMITTANCE FOR FEES FOR EXAMINATION OF "THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS", LONDON.

This form is applicable for all remittances. So it should apply here also.
However no tax would be deductible as it is for education expenses. Still the form will be required to be submitted.
