Rtp out or not..
whether Rtp is Out for nov.13 ipcc exam? Will it be come by post, or We need to collect from institute?

As far as I know Rtps for Nov have not been publisehd. And the institute sends the Rtp for the first attempt only, ie if Nov is your first attempt of Ipcc you will receive the RTP by post otherwise you will have to purchase it from the branch
yes... RTP u can buy from the icai regional offices and its branches...
it is a fast moving stock.. you need to watch this space for getting the latest updates...
