RTP didn't file GST DRC- 03
If any RTP opted for composition scheme but not filed GST ITC-03 then will he file GST ITC-03 or can he reverse the ITC by DRC- 03?

You cannot use Form DRC-03 to replace Form GST ITC-03. The law explicitly mandates that a taxpayer opting for the composition scheme must file Form GST ITC-03 to reverse the ITC on stock and capital goods and to trigger the lapse of the remaining balance in the electronic credit ledger.
