RT-3BAS 1031 ERROR IN GSTR3B

Sir i submitted gstr3b without saving. When i am filling all feed data by me show 0 and filling with EVC error message display

SAME ERROR 

 Authentication has failed at emas .If error persists quote error number RT-3BAS1031 when you contact customer care for quick resolution

Please update the DSC in your login Details and trying filing it again through DSC, Error wont persist again

Sir. if you seen above issue,, first go to your GST filing portal, next top right hand ( indicated your company name) click your company and will shown as Register/ Update DSC  and you should update the DSC  ..problem will be solved.

when I was going to save 3B the message shown "Your Save Request For Gstr3B is already being processed for Current Return Period. If error persists quote error number RT-3BAS1013 when you contact customer care for quick resolutionB" what will I do

sir has it resolved?  I am also facing same problem. kindly guide us
