Sir,

I have some RSU from my company. My company is listed in NYSC. It is not listed in India. I am holding share more than a year. Do I need to pay  capital gain income tax.

I also have ESPP from my company. My company is listed in NYSC. It is not listed in India. I am holding share more than a year. Do I need to pay  capital gain income tax.

You need to pay Capital Gains tax at the time of selling these if selling price is above vesting price. Your purchase date and price will be your vesting date and price in both the cases.
