I am using the latest RPU with the latest challan file downloaded from eportal and it says :
| T-FV-3175 Either you are using old FVU version or old challan file (i.e. .csi file), please use the latest FVU version and challan file available at www.tin-nsdl.com and validate the file. |
Can anyone explain how to fix this? I really appreciate any help you can provide.
I am also facing the same error. I am using the latest RPU version 4.7, FVU 8.2 and downloaded the latest csi file from income tax portal. It still gives the same error T-FV-3175.

We are also facing same problem, again installed RPU but no use.
Spoke to Protean Call centre and she asked to email the screenshot along with the TAN, portal from which CSI file is downloaded, CSI file and error.log etc to tin_returns @ proteantech.in ..... everyone please do accordingly so that in future those chaps would use some foresight and create a better system so that we don't lose our time on such things
