RPU 4.7 NOT GENERATING FVU

I am also facing the same error. I am using the latest RPU version 4.7, FVU 8.2 and downloaded the latest csi file from income tax portal. It still gives the same error T-FV-3175.

facing same situation...Income tax department have to look it.

facing same error..hope it gets resolved soon.

same here. using latest RPU (4.7) and freshly downloaded .csi file.

Getting same error "T-FV-3175 Either you are using old FVU version or old challan file (i.e. .csi file), please use the latest FVU version and challan file available at www.tin-nsdl.com and validate the file."

Giving the same error. Is it resolved now? 

We are also facing same problem, again installed RPU but no use.

Spoke to Protean Call centre and she asked to email the screenshot along with the TAN, portal from which CSI file is downloaded, CSI file and error.log etc to tin_returns @ proteantech.in  ..... everyone please do accordingly so that in future those chaps would use some foresight and create a better system so that we don't lose our time on such things
