can a interested director vote for RPT in board meeting in case of pvt co ???
in case of public company interested director shud not attend the board meeting .. this is ok but what about pvt co ?

As per ammendment to section 184 a director in case of private company can participate and vote in an interested matter after making the disclosure of interest as required by the section.
