Rounding in excel 2007

Use '+Round(number,number of digits)' function

to round 5025 use +round(5025,-2) = 5000, you can give cell reference instead of 5025

to round 5051 use +round(5051,-2) = 5100

-2 rounds up to hundreds

You can use -3 or -4 or -5 as you require

Install this add-in, this works in excel 2007 & above only...

Once you install add-in in Home ribbon you will get new button decimle..

To run macro you need to select cells in sheet for which you need to round numbers, then press Decimle button & you will be prompted for no. of digit to round off, enter any number and your data will be rounded accoridngly..
