u can see the attached notification from ITD
No, you cannot file ROI for AY 2010-11 because the belated return can be filed not late than completion of 1 yr from the AY, so in case of AY 2010-11 you could have filed ROI before 31st March , 2012 only.
As far as recent notification as issued by CPC wjhich is shared by "Manoj" , The notification doesnot says that you can file ROI of AY 10-11, but it says that if you have already e-filed the return and not sent the signed Acknowledgemnet copy to CPC, Banglore, then you can send the same to Banglore so as to reach befor 28th Feb,2013.
PS - {Because a E-filed return is not processed unless and until the signed Ack copy of e-filed return is delivered to CPC.}
