ROC revised form no. 32

We want Certified Copy of Form - 32 from Registrar of Companies for   ASTRAL INFORMATICS PVT LTD  from day 1 to till date. Company Register of in Nagpur.

Pls suggest process.....

1. Go to "Get Certified Copies" menu in mca website

2. Choose the documents required

3. Pay requisite fees online by using "pay miscellaneous fee" option

4. Visit ROC Office alongiwth fee receipt who shall issue certified copies

Before applying for certified copies, you can first inspect the documents by paying Rs.50/- and find out what are the documents available. If the company is old, you may not get all the documents online. In that case you can visit ROC Office alongwith fee receipt and carry out physical inspection of documents. After this you may follow the procedure mentioned above.
