ROC return file

Its depend upon the form u r filing in ROC portal..................in that CA/CWA/CS signature is required for most of the form...........without there signature it can not be uploaded...........

One needs to register on MCA site first, anyone can file it

eform is to be signed by the authorised signatory of the company and certified by ACS/FCS or ACA/FCA
